Platform terms for using HVAC AI Rescue.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the HVAC AI Rescue website, onboarding flow, dashboard, communications, and related software and services.
Use of the platform
You may use HVAC AI Rescue only for lawful business purposes and only in connection with authorized HVAC AI Rescue services, accounts, and workflows. You are responsible for activity performed under your account or by users you authorize.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate onboarding, billing, and operational information.
- Use lawful consent and communication practices, including for calls, SMS, AI answering, and follow-up workflows.
- Maintain authority to use any CRM, calendar, phone, or integration credentials supplied to the platform.
- Protect account access and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Platform availability and changes
We may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves. We aim to provide stable and reliable operations, but uptime, feature availability, and integration behavior may vary based on third-party services, configuration state, and rollout stage.
Fees and billing
Paid services, subscriptions, modules, and add-ons are governed by the pricing, proposal, or checkout terms presented at purchase. Failure to pay may result in service limitation, suspension, or cancellation as permitted by your agreement and applicable law.
Data and integrations
You retain responsibility for the business data you provide and for how you use outputs generated through the platform. HVAC AI Rescue may rely on third-party providers such as cloud infrastructure, telephony, messaging, payment, calendar, CRM, and authentication vendors to operate the service.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
- No attempts to interfere with platform security, availability, or other client environments.
- No misuse of customer data, AI-generated content, support tools, or admin access.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis. While HVAC AI Rescue is designed to improve lead recovery, answering coverage, routing, campaign execution, and operational visibility, no specific revenue, booking, or ROI result is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
